How long will it take to set up my web site?
Most web sites will be set up within 3-5 weeks of paying your setup fee. We start by understanding your needs. We will listen to what you want, agree the pages, layout, colours and imagery with you, and then create your site ready for you to start entering content. Find out more about the process.
Can I add pictures to my web site? What about links & files?
Yes, you can add pictures, links, and files for download to your web site. The editor is very easy to use, and there's help available if you get stuck.
Do you use templates for your sites, or is each web site custom designed?
Our hosted web site service uses a professionally designed template to build your web site. This allows us to keep our prices to a mimimum whilst ensuring you get an engaging and professional design for your web site. However, we strongly believe that your web site should uniquely match your personality and goals for your practice; so we work with you to customise the template according to your needs and preferences. Consequently each website that we build is unique.
Can I sell products or workshops on my web site?
Yes, we can set up products, workshops or both on your web site, however these are at additional cost. In both cases, you will be able to accept payment via PayPal (which includes credit card payment).
I need a newsletter, image gallery, blog etc. Can you build it for me?
No problem. We have a long history of building both complex and simple web sites and web applications for businesses.
We have fixed prices for:
- newsletter signup
- blog installation (Wordpress)
We can also add the following custom features (and more) to your web site:
- image galleries
- workshop booking forms
- course enquiry forms
- members only area
These custom features are flexible and billed by the hour. Contact us to discuss your needs and we can give you an estimate.
How will people find my web site?
We submit your site to the 3 most popular search engines as part of our hosted web site package. We also offer an optional Search Engine Jump-Start package to help you get a head-start with your search engine rankings.
How much does it cost?
Our standard package is $25 per month + $499 setup (prices in AUD). There's no ongoing commitment, so you can cancel any time.
Note that our standard package does not include products, workshops, newsletters etc. Please see our price list for pricing on these.
What does the setup fee include? Are there any other costs?
Our standard setup fee includes:
- Purchase of a high quality web template and subsequent customisation to include your colour & logo choices.
- Creating a basic web site and installing it on our servers. The standard setup includes a home page, therapies, conditions, FAQ (frequently asked questions), prices, about page, and a contact form. It also includes testimonials, and special offers if required.
- A password protected admin facility for you to enter and update your web site text and images.
- Registration with the top 3 search engines.

The standard set up fee does NOT include:
- Entering your text and images. You will receive a username and password so that you can login to the admin area to enter this yourself.
- Purchase of images used within the web site. You will need to purchase these yourself.
- Custom functionality such as products, workshops, blogs, or newsletters. See the price list for these items.
- Registration of your domain name. A .com.au domain name costs approximately $45 for 2 years (payable directly to a domain registrar).
What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee includes:
- Hosting of your web site and email.
- Licensing fees for the content management system (CMS) that allows you to edit the content of your web site.
- Technical support for hosting and using the CMS.

Can I have my own domain name?
Absolutely! If you already have a domain name, we'll help you move it to our servers.
If you don't already have a domain name, you will need to register it separately with a domain registrar. For example, netregistry.com.au for .com.au domains, or networksolutions.com for .com and .co.uk domains. (There is an annual fee associated with having your own domain name which is paid directly to the registrar.)
Do I get an email address?
Yes, you can have up to 5 email addresses with our hosted web sites. Unlimited email addresses are available for $10 extra per month.
What support do you offer?
We have comprehensive help pages to answer your questions about setting up email and entering content on your web site. We also offer friendly and helpful email support.
Will you come to our premises to help us set up?
No, we don't offer onsite visits. If you need someone to visit your premises to set up email accounts for you, or to provide training, you will need to find another provider. We do however provide a full off-site support service for our clients to assist with any issues that arise.
Where will my web site be hosted?
Your web site will be hosted on our servers, which are:
- Reliable with 99.99% uptime.
- Hosted in Australia.
- Environmentally responsible. The company we lease our servers from uses renewable energy to power their infrastructure, and also purchases carbon credits to offset their emissions.
Can I use another host?
If you prefer to keep your web design company and hosting company seperate, we can grant you a license to use our content management system on another server.
Typical costs for this set up are in the region of $1500. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your arrangement with us at any time. There's no need to give us any notice. Simply tell us that you want to cancel, and we will cancel your recurring payment immediately.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we currently have several clients from overseas.
If you live outside Australia, please contact us for pricing in your local currency.
