Adding a link to another web page
To add a link to your web page, first select the text you want to link using the mouse, and then click the link icon on the toolbar.

A window will open asking you where you want to link to. Enter the Link URL. You can also choose to open the link in the same window or a new window using the Target field. When you're done, click the Insert button.

If you're not sure what to enter for the Link URL, go to the page you want to link to in your web browser. The URL of the page will show in the browser address bar (also known as the location bar). You can then copy and paste the URL into the link URL field of your web site.

Linking an email address
Sometimes you might want to link an email address in your web pages, so that visitors can click on the link to bring up a pre-addressed blank message in their email program. Note: Automated programs can pick up email addresses linked in this way, so you may want to be careful when using this technique. It's best to ask the recipient of the email if they mind having their email address on the web.
To link an email address, first select the email address you want to link using the mouse, and then click the link icon on the toolbar.

A window will open asking you where you want to link to. In the Link URL field enter mailto:name@mydomain.com (replacing name@mydomain.com with the actual email address you want to link to). When you're done, click the Insert button.

Editing a link
To edit a link that you've already added (either to a web page or an email address), click on the text of the link you want to change, and then click the link icon to bring up the popup window. Change the details as needed, and then click the Update button.
Removing a link
To remove a link (either to a web page or an email address), click on the link text in the editor, and then click the unlink icon on the toolbar.
This will remove the link, leaving the text intact. If you want to remove the text as well, you can just select the text and hit the backspace key.
