Get Listed on Google Maps
Have you tried searching for a particular type of local business lately on Google? You may have noticed that up near the top of the search results is a map with local businesses. Listing your business with Google Maps is a great way to get yourself a top Google listing for very little effort, and you don't even need to have your own website!
How to Get Your Practice onto Google Maps
- Go to http://maps.google.com/ and click the “Put your business on Google Maps” link.
- If you don't already have a Google account sign up for one, otherwise simply login.
- Click the button to add a new business.
- Enter your details.
- Verify your listing.
That's it - you're all done! Your listing will appear whenever someone searches Google for your service in an area near you. (e.g. Reiki Melbourne)
